The staff are super friendly. I had a problem with my phone and the lady that helped me would not stop till she got it fixed. No place else would take almost an hour to fix a problem but they did.
Went into Verizon with both my wife (who had a cracked phone) and our daughter. We were assisted by the associate named Adriane, and he provided amazing service. He tried getting me to switch away from AT&T but that’s not happening. But he’s a great person who kept us laughing. You’ll be in great hands with him.
