Totally worth waiting in this store today. I had to go different Verizon stores to get my problem solved with my business account. Got in here and after 10/15 min of waiting Jonathan helped me out with all the concerns I had about my business account. Thank you Boss you’re the Best ! This guy literally saved me tons of time. Top of the line place to do business
Had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had from Verizon. The manager Mike didn’t want to deal with my exchange of a faulty brand new phone on a Tuesday evening and asked me to come back the next morning. He claimed his employees had a family emergency and he was dealing with a fraud case and it would be easier for HIM if I came back the next day. Would never buy from this store. Very HIGH PRESSURE sales! More interested in selling a new phone than helping with an used phone. I left Verizon after being a customer for 25 years and went to T-mobile
