Rude and incompetent. There are other verizon stores in the area that have better customer service and helpful staff. This is a corporately owned store with a mediocre, at best, sales staff. Unknowledgable on their products and worthless in the sales process.
Terrible store, terrible service. Returned their router to the store I got it from and canceled their Wi-Fi service because it couldn't even stay connected, and now I'm tasked with waiting on a box to be sent to my house, driving myself to a UPS store and having it shipped out myself. I returned it to the store I bought it from, THIS store. Why am I doing your job for you. It is NOT my problem you can't find an order number. Just terrible service stacked on top of terrible service.
