Saturday 8/30/25, I notice my phone in SOS mode and no cell service. It’s LABOR DAY WEEKEND!!! I drive to Verizon store but notice so much traffic on Century by In-n-out (long line). The line is not for burgers, but everyone headed to Verizon store for answers to why so many of us have no service? The Verizon staff is standing outside only to regrettably tell us keep trying by turning phone off/on and check back by dialing 611. Today, is Wednesday 9/3/25 - still no service. El vendedor Enrique me ofreció Disney+, YouTube y Netflix gratis. Cuando llegó la factura me cobraron $10 por cada servicio, adicional no dicen que el auto pay se demora 1 mes en conectarse así que los "descuentos" tampoco son reales y fuera de eso me vendió internet hogar para mi casa en Inglewood y 1 mes después el servicio dejó de funcionar porque no habían spots disponibles y él nunca dijo que no habían. La peor experiencia con Verizon.
