This store has horrible customer service. I've noticed they only help you if you need to make a purchase, but if you don’t you get treated unfairly specially Brian Soto the supervisor there he is very rude and unprofessional and need to learn about customer service cuz he is such a jerk & ignorant about it Everyone should avoid this location and go to a surrounding location!
When asking simple questions to representative, Mars. I don’t like his attitude he treated me. He seems never understand the key point of what I am asking, and made me feel I am a iPhone idiot.
