After my family being customers of verizon for over 30 years this isn't the same company they once were. Don't waste your time walking into this place because they won't be able to help you with anything except tell you to go to this website or that website. The workers are glorified waitresses and waiters and can do absolutely nothing to actually help except sell you a phone.
