I went in to upgrade my phone and was expecting it to take ages and for them to try and upsell my contract and push a ton of fluff on me that I didn't need. I had quite the opposite experience actually, we were in and out in around 15 or so minutes and both my partner and I walked out with two brand new phones that we wanted and the same plan we had before that we wanted to stay on. Two days of trying to get a S21 transferred to a S24+. Three trips to Verizon. I payed $29 for them to set it up, and they sent me out of the store twice before it was 100% complete. It never got to 100%. I just manually finished the transfer. Bring back the S21, and ask for a refund for the setup. They say it's through customer service, I go to my car, call, waste 15 minutes for them to say I get refunded in store. Walk back in, then they "learn" they can refund me.

Jackie was an absolute gem! We were so jetlagged and tired, but she seamlessly saw us through the purchase of my new Samsung Zfold5. She was so knowledgeable and thorough, and even let us call her after hours when my new Sim card hadn't quite synced up yet! Outstanding customer service! Highly reccomend!
