I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this Verizon Wireless store. I came in as a walk-in and was told by an employee, “We’ll be right with you.” Unfortunately, that was not the case. Since I was waiting, I started browsing the phones and products in the store, expecting a representative to eventually approach me and ask what I needed assistance with. I spoke with Niki regarding a refund of $200.59. She informed me that a phone call would be given to me on Friday. 02/07/2025. This is Monday and I have not heard from no one regarding my credit. I am very upset and want my money. Let’s see how long it will take to hear from someone at Verizon.
