I spoke with Niki regarding a refund of $200.59. She informed me that a phone call would be given to me on Friday. 02/07/2025. This is Monday and I have not heard from no one regarding my credit. I am very upset and want my money. Let’s see how long it will take to hear from someone at Verizon.
