Verizon has the worst service we have ever used.
In this store, they lie to customers. They sell you a plan with very good numbers, but once the month passes and it's time to pay the bill, the numbers increase dramatically. When you try to resolve the issue in person, there is no solution. They explain a thousand things that they never mentioned the first time you made the deal. You have to go home with the bitter feeling of being completely scammed. They are professional liars.
