Verizon has the worst service we have ever used.
In this store, they lie to customers. They sell you a plan with very good numbers, but once the month passes and it's time to pay the bill, the numbers increase dramatically. When you try to resolve the issue in person, there is no solution. They explain a thousand things that they never mentioned the first time you made the deal. You have to go home with the bitter feeling of being completely scammed. They are professional liars.
I had a very disappointing experience with [Company Name]. We had an agreement on a specific plan, but it was never implemented as promised. Instead, they asked me to pay an additional amount beyond what was initially agreed upon. I have tried reaching out to them multiple times over the past three weeks to resolve the issue, including speaking with one of the managers, but they were unresponsive, and one manager even hung up the call on me. Verizon is stealing money from their customers that have been with them for more than 15 years. If you leave Verizon you better be careful that they do not charge you for weeks of service after your numbers have already been ported out to another company. This is criminal and unlawful and yet they will fight you to the teeth and refuse to not bill you.
