Disappointing Management Experience The employees at this Verizon store were friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the manager at the front completely changed the experience. From the moment I walked in, she appeared annoyed and acted as though helping customers was an inconvenience. There was no greeting, no smile, and her dismissive attitude made me feel unwelcome.
