I was greeted when I walked in. I was going in for a phone case and new protector. I never got assistance with checkout or getting the items I needed. Someone else came in after me and was helped immediately. I don’t mind waiting my turn, the lack of customer service lead me to leaving the store and with no items.

Maria doesn't have the right attitude as a manager. She speaks back to her customers. There is clearly a system issue with Verizon on my business account which they are unable to figure out. I said "I really need to leave" and Maria's response was "then leave" under her breathe as she walked away. This was a very unprofessional experience.
