Open at 10:00 AM? Nope. A couple of guys arrived at about 10:08 and a third a few minutes later. It's 10:20 and the shutters are still down.
Worthless, unless you are getting a new phone, we had to call and complete all the required tasks in order to get our new phone updated and old number brought over, this place has awful customer service in person
I would have posted this with 1 star based on 1st visit thr entire team lacked in customer sevice skills & they were not busy . When I returned I was lucky to be treated by a wonderful employee, Unfortunately I forgot his name. (Younger Hispanic & so friendly & helpful. )
