Friendly staff. Pretty fast service.
This is the place to go if you have slightly more complicated questions or issues to resolve. This is one of their corporate offices or whatever it is called. Basically the staff here is more knowledgeable and able to handle some of the issues directly. I was sent here to by staff of another store to resolve an issue with equipment return and they were able to resolve it within one minute.
They didn't have our new phones in stock so wasted trip. It's also like you are annoying them if you don't do everything online.
