The worst service ever, not even a service. I wanted to transfer my number from AT&T to Verizon. Of course I came here because I already tried by myself, and it didn’t work out. And they send me away with an automated agent. AT&T provides better service though I am leaving AT&T’s service.
The best verizon ive been to yet. I was greeted right away when I turned in my trade in phone. It took 30 seconds and I was in and out!
