My initial experience at this location with their representative Jeff was nothing short of Professional & Personable. I had gone there after experiencing several issues with Verizon Phone Reps after they accidentally added a full device payout to my auto-pay bill and $760 was charged to my checking account. I lost my phone today at Kroger on Monroe St. I hurried up and went to Verizon on Secor Rd. Where I was lead to Taylor who quickly helped me find my phone from her personal laptop. She even kept it on the live feed so it could continue to show its location. I went to where it showed it was at and waited for the TPD to come. But by then another kind person loan me her phone to call home and I was told the person at that location had answered my phone and was hoping someone would call so they could return it. April was just suburb at a recent visit. We definitely needed a phone for our daughter, my husband was on the fence and I wanted one, but it wasn’t time for me. April was patient, thorough and we all were able to upgrade (and take advantage of no upgrade fees offer). She explained some things on our bill that had me confused and also explained other things I never understood about the charges with the upgrade process. Yes we were there awhile, but we left very satisfied and happy w our new phones.
Complete crap.. charged me and my fieance for an I phone we never even looked at one charged us 700.00 before we noticed it on our bill at the very bottom u can barely see it , now they don't wanna refund our 700.00 someone at the store a worker got us with a good ol scam.....pathetic we have been customers for over 20yrs looking for another place to get phones now!!
