April was just suburb at a recent visit. We definitely needed a phone for our daughter, my husband was on the fence and I wanted one, but it wasn’t time for me. April was patient, thorough and we all were able to upgrade (and take advantage of no upgrade fees offer). She explained some things on our bill that had me confused and also explained other things I never understood about the charges with the upgrade process. Yes we were there awhile, but we left very satisfied and happy w our new phones.
Complete crap.. charged me and my fieance for an I phone we never even looked at one charged us 700.00 before we noticed it on our bill at the very bottom u can barely see it , now they don't wanna refund our 700.00 someone at the store a worker got us with a good ol scam.....pathetic we have been customers for over 20yrs looking for another place to get phones now!!
This place is honestly bad. I came here waiting at least an hour for someone to even come up to me… Then after I waited for these countless hours, they finnaly had the nerve to come up to me to ask what I need help with. I mean WTH like I come in here as a customer. A GUEST. And I can’t even get any service I Am Not A Happy Customer👎👎👎
Verizon use to be great. When i go to pay a bill..it's takes 30 minutes. My phone has never went down. I waited until my warranty was over to get the promotion. It's higher than they say it was..I am paying close to $ 200.OO dollars!! That's ridiculous. Not happy with your Service at all!!! They are not honest!!!!! So unhappy with the service 😒
