Verizon use to be great. When i go to pay a bill..it's takes 30 minutes. My phone has never went down. I waited until my warranty was over to get the promotion. It's higher than they say it was..I am paying close to $ 200.OO dollars!! That's ridiculous. Not happy with your Service at all!!! They are not honest!!!!! So unhappy with the service 😒

I experienced the worst service there. As a traveler you’d expect customer service would be at a professional stand point but as for me it was not. I did not catch the name of the young lady that was helping me but if I did I would have put name as well as the managers that manage this place.
