This store is great! We spoke to them about the terrible experience we had at an authorized Verizon retailer store and this store was open upfront and honest about everything.
This place was great. Took awhile to get seen, but i was there on black friday so its to be expected. My phones sim card wasnt working, and instead of stuffing a new device down my neck they jist fixed it. The manager stepped in to help because it was having issues. Left with a working device. And the manager lady was very nice to me and my 4 year old. She even provided entertainment for him in the form of a rolling office chair. It was perfect

Walked in just for some questions and could've done everything else online. We told the person that checked us in that, but waited over 25 minutes only for them to help someone that walked in after us. Won't be going back to this store.
