I just been there and I had a really bad experience because there was a black lady that the rep told me was his manager and she was talking and got in the conversation I was having with the rep, they were both telling me the same thing and it was totally different from what I was told 1 day before in another location; but it was more about the way both were talking at the same time with a rude tone, worst store and customer service I had at verizon.
Very Disappointing Experience. I expected better customer service and a much easier process. Unfortunately, they will try their best to give you worst customer service.
Unfriendly, unprofessional, under trained. Double check with different store about whatever they say.
Took 3 visits but they finally fixed the issue
Hours of operation displays 11AM- 6PM on Sunday, I’m here at 5:10 PM Sunday, the doors are locked.
