Very disappointed in this store and I’ve always been told they will scam you if you go into the store to get a new phone. I called the store to see if they had the phone I wanted and Marcus said we have all the iPhone 17s come on in. I went in and they did not infect have all the iPhone 17s so they had to order it and I had to wait almost 2 weeks. When the phone finally got delivered I went in to get the new phone and they then informed me that I would have to pay a $59 setup fee. I asked if I could just take the phone home ... read more
By far my favorite Verizon store my guy Ernesto helps me out everytime I go and I will be in and out of there in 20 minutes buying new phone going over all the deals and says to save he pretty much does it all for you .. I never been in Verizon buying a phone that didn’t take me hour or more!!
