Bad service
Their customer care on the photo would of been better if they hired 2 olds. Called they ask for an acc and the penn. Neither was never right even after going to store. Took equipment back to one on 70 and they weren't happy. Left went to viewmont and had to wait. They have no check in and while waiting there came another person in ang got ahead of me. Like my time was unimportant also never activated phone and enternet all it did was buffering. Took all the stuff back and they still owe me for a service I never got opened to... read more
Verizon always has patience for me, learning a new phone and answering questions. I never feel rushed or intimidated. So recently my roommate has switched to Verizon. Thanks, Verizon!
Not a big fan of being lied to just to try to make a sale. Walked out without purchasing anything. So glad I did.
