Was having trouble connecting my phone to the car i just purchased. I went in looking for a cable. The man who helped me said that it was my phones fault and I needed to get a new one for it to work. I have had insurance on it forever. He told me I would have to go to Mooresville to get it fixed or I could buy off the rest of my phone and get a new phone, but it would also cost me $50 to transfer my info and change to a more expensive plan.
