Trying to disconnect my mother's home internet. Since she is 85 and memory not so good she has no idea of pin number. Verizon will not disconnect, come get equipment, or discontinue withdrawing monthly bill from her account. Went to local Verizon store ( Forest Hill MD) who could not help despite taking cable equipment several weeks ago. Was referred to another verizon store ( Festival in BelAir MD) the "corporate store." Got there and they could not do anything either. What a way to run a business. It all depends on who you get. I have come here and receive out of this world excellent service. The young man helped me with every single thing, did everything for me. No issues. I left happy. Then I come back and I got someone to me who seems like they hated being there and they hated their job and offered no help and was very condescending. And I will not go back because of him. Shame.
