Trying to disconnect my mother's home internet. Since she is 85 and memory not so good she has no idea of pin number. Verizon will not disconnect, come get equipment, or discontinue withdrawing monthly bill from her account. Went to local Verizon store ( Forest Hill MD) who could not help despite taking cable equipment several weeks ago. Was referred to another verizon store ( Festival in BelAir MD) the "corporate store." Got there and they could not do anything either. What a way to run a business.
