This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in years. I don’t even know the employee’s name because he never bothered to introduce himself—a basic professional courtesy that apparently has been abandoned at this location. I initially went to Verizon by the mall on Dunia and they did a great job. I had a few questions about my bill and decided to go to this location because it was on my way home from work and was told to return everything at the Dunia store and go to them. Complete liars, they only care about money and their commission.
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Verizon Wireless has been extremely disappointing. I was promised a monthly bill under $200, yet my most recent invoice was $1,500. I contacted customer service and visited a store multiple times, but was told nothing could be done. As a customer of over 10 years, I never expected this level of poor service or lack of accountability. I’m sharing this so others are aware and can avoid a similar situation. Unfortunately, Verizon is no longer the reliable company it once was.
