I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Verizon Wireless has been extremely disappointing. I was promised a monthly bill under $200, yet my most recent invoice was $1,500. I contacted customer service and visited a store multiple times, but was told nothing could be done. As a customer of over 10 years, I never expected this level of poor service or lack of accountability. I’m sharing this so others are aware and can avoid a similar situation. Unfortunately, Verizon is no longer the reliable company it once was.

Poor service, no help, just trying to pick up an online order and been waiting for four days for notifications for pickup and never received one, it's been ready for pickup the same day I purchased Nov 3rd. I had to call the 800 number for Verizon to figure out what happened. Obviously it's due to lack of employees and training. Also got skip because they don't know who came in and there's no line to organize the customers.

They have no customer service and no knowledge of what they are selling. Can't help you don't even have asnwers or info on the phones they are selling you. I tried to find out the specs of the phones but they don't know how to find information on the phones they sell even tho a few years ago it was a stranded to have the info right next to the phones when they were on display. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Probably couldn't give directions to a homeless man correctly. And I was looking to open up multiple lines for pe... read more

I like coming to this store. Everytime I've been there, someone greets you and says hello even if they're helping someone else. They acknowledge your presence and let you know someone will help as soon as possible. They are always courteous and knowledgeable of products and services.
