They have no customer service and no knowledge of what they are selling. Can't help you don't even have asnwers or info on the phones they are selling you. I tried to find out the specs of the phones but they don't know how to find information on the phones they sell even tho a few years ago it was a stranded to have the info right next to the phones when they were on display. I like coming to this store. Everytime I've been there, someone greets you and says hello even if they're helping someone else. They acknowledge your presence and let you know someone will help as soon as possible. They are always courteous and knowledgeable of products and services.

Don’t even bother calling, phone number goes straight to Verizon assistant who does not connect you to the store. Such a waste of time.
I recently transitioned from T-Mobile to Verizon, and I must say, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I was fortunate enough to secure the new Samsung S24 Ultra through a trade-in promotion that was currently underway at Verizon. This phone is absolutely wonderful; I attempted to upgrade with T-Mobile, but they insisted on charging me for the full price of the phone, so I opted not to proceed. Thank you, Verizon, for being exceedingly excellent.
