I gave it 5 stars though we are experiencing a lot of buffering, starting and stopping of internet service. Spectrum said this would happen with Verizon wireless, and certain specific statements by the sales rep turned out to be untrue, or they did not understand or know the services provided. I am saying that because we were verbally promised a certain speed internet and free extender for a certain cost per month.
