I went here to drop my old cell phone off to get my trade in credit. I let the associate greeter know what I required. He said a mgr would be out to assist me. I waited 25 minutes before the mgr came out from the back of the store. Other customers came in and got assistance from other mgrs or associates, so I wasn't sure why it took so long for the mgr that helped me to come out. Customer service is worse than poor at this location. They are also very proud of their poor customer service. 4 visits to return a trade in. Based on the other reviews poor customer service is the only expectation I should have at this store.
