My husband new phone purchased here locked up day two. We cannot reach store to tell them as there isn't a local number. After calling Verizon we gave up after three hour wait. Can't make appt with your store as you have to be "new customer." The worst experience ever experienced with a wireless company.
What an extremely disappointing experience with Verizon. I waited all year for Black Friday to take advantage of their current promotion. I was told that they couldn’t honor the “match your rate” plan because I have a very low rate with T-Mobile. Because they refused to match my rate, I cancelled and did not go forward with the order. Not only did Verizon still charge me for an order that was cancelled, they charged me a second time for another order that I didn’t place.
