Horrible service, I came to this place because I'm having an issue with my cellphone it has a virus and the lady in the front told me they can't help me to clear up the virus i need to go to special store for this issue that was she said and I will not be going to this place again. I'm planning to change Verizon to T-Mobile soon. I've been with Verizon for over 20 years and I never experienced this before.
I was told on 4/11 that Verizon no longer provides internet access to my address, even though I have received it for 2 years. Today 4/14 i was charged $200 because I didn't return my router
Business accounts, beware. I've been with Verizon for our business for nine years, and everything is fine as long as you don't need help. However, if you upgrade your phones, you'll encounter misleading information from their remote answering service, and the stores won't take any responsibility beyond selling you a phone. This is the second time in nine years I've upgraded and agreed to what they told me during the process, only to find discrepancies in my bill afterward.
