Business accounts, beware. I've been with Verizon for our business for nine years, and everything is fine as long as you don't need help. However, if you upgrade your phones, you'll encounter misleading information from their remote answering service, and the stores won't take any responsibility beyond selling you a phone. This is the second time in nine years I've upgraded and agreed to what they told me during the process, only to find discrepancies in my bill afterward. Would love to rate 0 or less. Unhelpful non empathetic staff don't care about customers. Hope they made their sales goal the day I was there because of their response to my question and not trying to offer a solution lost out on purchase of screen saver and new Samsung watch. I'm a CS manager and if I saw any of my staff act like this stores employees did the day I was there I would fire them on the spot. Will never step foot in this store again.
