Terrible service and lack of expertise or training. Following previous errors, I went to return and get a refund for a phone that was sent to the wrong address. And while they refunded for the phone, they also cut off the phone so now my daughter might have to get a new phone number with her new phone in Boston.
Nice clean store, most of the staff was friendly and helpful. I went in for a new phone they advertised trade in any old phone and get a S24 for free. This was not the case they even said my trade in didn't qualify which is not what the ad posted in the store stated. I got a new phone anyway because I needed one. I paid less than full price but in no way was it what they were advertising. I guess there really is no truth in advertising.
