Logan was a massive help in answering my questions in regards to the new plans available and getting switched up and upgrading our phones.
Representative was very polite however wasn't helpful at all - had little access and referred me to another location 25 miles away - referred several people to 611 due to couldn't assist with issue but was quick to give sales pitch - called 611 while still on site and that person went above and beyond to assist provided me with info the store Rep should of been able to provide
Had a great experience with Jose from Verizon in Harlingen!! He provided excellent customer service and answers all my questions!! Will go back again with him we needing to upgrade my phone!!

He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I left completely satisfied with my service.
