I had damaged my phone and needed assistance with ordering a replacement and the staff use the "conversion" excuse not to assist you and push you off to the customer service line as soon as they know you are not replacing jt with an upgrade to make the sale. At least three available and not one willing to assist. I don't own a computer or a second device and was in the area and figured I would get the assistance I would get in the past. Nope!
