Ashton at this location was GREAT! He really made things easy, quick, and simple when it came to upgrading phones and transferring from another carrier. My wife and I also really appreciated his honesty and transparency. We chose to go with Verizon not only because of the great deals, but mainly bc of the respect and attentiveness we were shown. (No I wasn’t paid to write this, I was just very impressed).

There was only one person working on a Saturday. The store associate was helping a couple, and one person was waiting when we arrived. She never looked up from her computer. Another couple came in and waited but ultimately left, she didn't acknowledge them either. We waited over an hour and a half before heading to different location to get assistance. I will never do business at this location. There was zero customer service.

This a horrible store I will be looking to leave Verizon ASAP their professionalism is horrible and shameful, after 20 years with them it’s over

I had a frustrating experience with Verizon’s online business service — my account was incorrectly linked to someone else’s number, and no one online could help me fix it. But when I visited the store, Jesus completely turned things around. He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He spent over 90 minutes on his phone, doing everything he could to find and fix the issue. Thanks to him, everything was finally resolved.
