There was only one person working on a Saturday. The store associate was helping a couple, and one person was waiting when we arrived. She never looked up from her computer. Another couple came in and waited but ultimately left, she didn't acknowledge them either. We waited over an hour and a half before heading to different location to get assistance. I will never do business at this location. There was zero customer service.

This a horrible store I will be looking to leave Verizon ASAP their professionalism is horrible and shameful, after 20 years with them it’s over
I had a frustrating experience with Verizon’s online business service — my account was incorrectly linked to someone else’s number, and no one online could help me fix it. But when I visited the store, Jesus completely turned things around. He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Absolutely incompetent staff. I came to connect my sister to my account as a second line with her existing paid off iphone Staff member kept insisting that in these cases person must either open a new account or use Apple Watch instead of the phone 🤦🏼♀️ It took literally 10 min on the phone with customer support to get a second line for my account Verizon 5/5 ⭐️ This branch specifically 0/5 ⭐️
