Came in to store get a replacement on my phone. The sales person would not stop the pitch even after being upfront about what I was needing and my limited budget. I felt absolutely disrespected due to this person not listening and wasting my time. After the third time of asking what I can get on my current plan, he still tried to continued to sell me something else. I just left store with my problem unresolved. Yall really need to retrain your staff even after a customer kept repeatedly saying no.

I went in to solve a problem with an order. Maia seemed to be kind enough to take me in as the last person before they closed. She told me that she couldnt see what was wrong with my order, and she didnt think she could do anyhting except cancel it. I asked her if she canceled it, if she could re order it herself and she said she could. She left out crucial information, which was she couldnt re order it today.
