I was promised that if I switched to Verizon, they would pay off my phone balance (under $1,000). Based on that promise, I switched. Now, two months later, they still haven’t paid it off. Very fast and quick service from the moment I walked in.
Came in to store get a replacement on my phone. The sales person would not stop the pitch even after being upfront about what I was needing and my limited budget. I felt absolutely disrespected due to this person not listening and wasting my time. After the third time of asking what I can get on my current plan, he still tried to continued to sell me something else. I just left store with my problem unresolved. Yall really need to retrain your staff even after a customer kept repeatedly saying no.
They always take care of me and that 1 star review you see is false I've had nothing but good experience here at this location
