My daughter went in to pickup a device for her upgrade and while she waited the salesman Mike harassed her relentlessly to buy accessories and other stuff she didn't need then insulted her when she wouldn't purchase them. Also he was very impatient when the status of the pickup order wouldn't change from pending and gave her attitude as if she was wasting his time instead of being a decent representative of the company. Horrible customer service and atrocious salesman techniques, terminate this jokers employment.
Diego and Ralph were so helpful with switching my phone over to the new Google Pixel 10. They made it easy, allowed me space to ask questions, and put on my screen protector too. I bought a new case as well while there! They streamlined everything for me and I was out the door confident it was all taken care of. They made sure had the best deals on everything too! Ralph on Nicholasville rd was the most professional, relatable, knowledgeable representative I've EVER had doing ANY BUSINESS! I LOVED my experience with him at Verizon!!!!
We switched from Verizon to Straight Talk in March, 2025. Since that time, we continue to receive a bill. I have tried multiple times to call and have someone explain to me why I’m still getting a bill. I can’t get past the automated voice except one time. Unfortunately, I couldn’t understand a single word she said. She kept asking for my something but I had no idea what it was. Then she told me to tell my bank not to pay them. Bizarre!
