Difficult to communicate with this store.
Trying to turn in my phone as a trade in, can only happen at a corporate store, so ‘Verizon’ store in my home town cannot help. Called customer service, they said they could send me a mailer to return phone, except all I got was a blank envelope. No box no return label. Called customer service they said go to UPS they can help. Went to UPS, without a mailing label or a QR code they cannot help. Adam and Fredy were very helpful to us.
I asked for help determining the issues with my bill and a supervisor refused to do anything to help.
