We switched from Verizon to Straight Talk in March, 2025. Since that time, we continue to receive a bill. I have tried multiple times to call and have someone explain to me why I’m still getting a bill. I can’t get past the automated voice except one time. Unfortunately, I couldn’t understand a single word she said. She kept asking for my something but I had no idea what it was. Then she told me to tell my bank not to pay them. Bizarre! Difficult to communicate with this store.
Trying to turn in my phone as a trade in, can only happen at a corporate store, so ‘Verizon’ store in my home town cannot help. Called customer service, they said they could send me a mailer to return phone, except all I got was a blank envelope. No box no return label. Called customer service they said go to UPS they can help. Went to UPS, without a mailing label or a QR code they cannot help.
