I had Verizon a few years ago with zero customer service issues and quality service, except complaining it was expensive for quality returning specifically for quality service due to having both parents with dementia. I am dropping this service once selling my home paying off the phone for the worst customer service months in a row and a website that doesn't function to pay bills 4 months ago and recently doesn't acknowledge my zipcode. Chalked up a great day today because of the helpful folks at this store!! Mary the lovely manager helped me activate the cellular on my Apple Watch after I was unable to do so myself. She was very patient and beyond helpful! THANK YOU MARRY
