Terrible! Really! I have three lines with Verizon. I have had three lines with Verizon for 13+years. I added Monthly International to one of my lines and somehow it dropped off, so I started to get charges. I called CS and spent no less than an hour on the phone. Felt it was resolved. Today received another text that the international plan expired. Called again and CS person was helpful but confused initially too.
