This is the best Verizon! My problem was very unique in itself. Connection issues, phone issues and could not watch my FireStick; last Billing issues. He checked Orbic I owned. Not properly activated. He made a phone call to more elevated expertise to troubleshoot. Problem easily resolved. Congaree Rd Greenville. I left very happy and well pleased.
