Izzy at the Greensboro store is AMAZING! An elderly customer who is resistant to any and all changes had to upgrade his phone because it was dead. Izzy helped him through this process and made this so much less a burden than it could have been. Verizon you have a jewel in this fine young man!!! Izzy deserves any rewards you can bestow upon him. Verizon has been our phone carrier for more than 20 years and employees like Izzy are the reason we will continue our service.
Costumer service is a waste of time
Advertised trading in Any Google pixel and get a Google Pixel 8 Pro on them. Very misleding since you can't keep your number and it must be a new line. Didn't see that being advertised!!!
