Came in to ask about upgrade options and transferring an Apple Watch to a different line. We were fortunate enough to meet Angelina who was the sales rep who helped us. She was completely and utterly fantastic. Answered every question, got us the best deals she could, worked patiently through every inane question and clarification we had. Izzy at the Greensboro store is AMAZING! An elderly customer who is resistant to any and all changes had to upgrade his phone because it was dead. Izzy helped him through this process and made this so much less a burden than it could have been. Verizon you have a jewel in this fine young man!!! Izzy deserves any rewards you can bestow upon him. Verizon has been our phone carrier for more than 20 years and employees like Izzy are the reason we will continue our service.
