Came in last weekend as a potential new customer. Was double teamed by two aggressive and incompetent "employees" with shifty eyes and neck tattoos. They had absolutely zero product knowledge and ignored everything I said. They said they couldn't offer me a promotion as it was "cancelled" after making me wait an unacceptable amount of time...they wanted to upcharge and get a commission clearly.
