If I could 0 stars I would when me and my partner got my phone it said we would only have a one time payment of 200$ dollars and then the 65$ payments too keep the phone on afterwards now its saying that we have 33 payments until my phones paid off which I dont understand because it was a free phone that too my understanding was only needed too be paid once but now its not the company just seems money hungry and after I pay the next phone payment I will be returning too at&t and returning the phone because how you lie too co... read more
I just got a new phone. They got my phone number messed up (by one number, even more frustrating) and now we have to completely restart. This is why you shouldn’t have people who do not know frequent English helping you with things like this. The process to get my phone set up was very difficult, time consuming, and irritating. 0/10 do not recommend. To the people who helped us out on the phone, thank you… kinda. Just wish you understood better English because now you’ve wasted my time, and yours.
I personally worked with savion i think is how you spell it. Very professional and very very nice. He did a excellent job problem solving and communicating good.
