If I could give 0 stars I would. Verizon business plans are a complete SCAM, they add on more devices than you need, overcharge you, and then won't reimburse you. DO NOT start a plan with them unless you want to waste countless hours with customer service.
There was a mix-up on my Verizon account. The people here were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and by the time I left, everything was straightened out. They even called me a couple of days later to confirm that all was well. Absolutely outstanding.
Each person we dealt with was very helpful .
Watched them yell at a customer for having trouble with the ensurance claim with their broken phone. Made the customer cry. Typical attitude i see when i walk into a verizon store.
