There was a mix-up on my Verizon account. The people here were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and by the time I left, everything was straightened out. They even called me a couple of days later to confirm that all was well. Absolutely outstanding.
Each person we dealt with was very helpful .
Watched them yell at a customer for having trouble with the ensurance claim with their broken phone. Made the customer cry. Typical attitude i see when i walk into a verizon store.
The service I received today was above and beyond. Jasmine was amazing and knowledgeable and helped us to set up both new phones for my twin daughter’s birthday. It was not an easy task but she knew just what to do. The rest of the staff was incredible as well. It’s not often you see a staff so positive and helpful. Even when other patrons weren’t as kind as you would like them to be, they were professional, helpful, and personable with them as well. The service really stood out. We couldn’t have had a better experience.
