WARNING. Do not get involved with Verizon's prepaid service. If you change carriers, Verizon will keep any money left on the account and will not refund it. I am very curious how much money Verizon steals monthly from people that change carriers. How their theft works is, say you pre pay $120 on your pay in advance account and your monthly bill is $60. You change carriers and there is $60 still pre-paid on your account. They do not refund the $60 back to the original payment method; they keep it. Verizon acts so unaware this... read more
Unbelievably ridiculous how incompetent this company is at taking care of long time customers. FOUR HOURS wasted to learn that no one in the store can help us or reach someone who could help us. How can you treat any customer much less a corporate member this way? My husband has spent hours on the phone with “higher ups” with ZERO results. Just ridiculous. Companies really can get too big. They don’t care. And help is no where to be found.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Verizon business plans are a complete SCAM, they add on more devices than you need, overcharge you, and then won't reimburse you. DO NOT start a plan with them unless you want to waste countless hours with customer service.
There was a mix-up on my Verizon account. The people here were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and by the time I left, everything was straightened out. They even called me a couple of days later to confirm that all was well. Absolutely outstanding.
Each person we dealt with was very helpful .
