Very disappointing experience with Verizon. From the very first days, I have been under constant stress. I was given incorrect and conflicting information by multiple representatives regarding my bill, promotions, activation fees, and a promised gift card to pay off my previous carrier (AT&T). Scam from one pay wireless 35 a month but wants you to pay $238 upfront just to switch carriers
Not recommended! Really, not!
Completely lied about prices, took our phones gave us worse phones and charged us now for our new phones! Switched from AT&T and the biggest scam I have ever encountered
