Tae and her team where so helpful in helping me and my fiancé replace his lost phone… as much of a stressful time it was they were informative and fast. Tae had all the answer too our questions and we were very impressed of the outstanding customer service she gave. (You’re lucky too have an employee like her) couldn’t ask for a better team!!!!

Exceptional service! I was completely unprepared in this age of abysmal customer service for the level of profession, friendly and diligent attention I received from Chase. I had three issues to resolve, one a very complex problem where Verizon had failed to transfer a new phone to a number I've had for decades. The result was that the number had been released to Frontier, which meant it could not be reconnected.
