I switched to Verizon during the Christmas deal and got the iPhone Air. Ever since switching in December I’ve had more connection issues even when in the valley on 5g than I ever did with my iPhone 11 on straight talk. Constant issues loading web pages, regularly needing to reset my cell service from the control center manually, and not to mention the slower than straight talk 5G speeds that I pay double the price for.. Rudest store manager Dusty or Dustin had us wait forever even though I signed in separately from my friend. Then the man comes over hostile with attitude claiming because we sat together we’re at fault. Customer service at its most disappointing then when I called him out on his attitude he told us to leave. I made a scene called out his rudeness and left. Never will I come back to this store again. Get better help Verizon.
