Their service is terrible I have billing issue. Verizon is trying to charge me $1577. I came down here to get help for them to connect me to business since I’m no longer Verizon customer because of their terrible service nobody was able to help me in the store and if Verizon send this belt collection, I will make sure I sue the hell out of them there is nobody can help me on the phone not in the store and they’re expecting me to just go ahead and pay $1577 for no reason
Staff is friendly.amd knowledgeable, when they can get to you. If you have an appointment, it usually goes very smoothly. If you walk in, not so much. Waited approximately 10 minutes to be asked what I could he helped with, again by a very polite associate. They did not have what I needed and I left to either buy online or at another store, but it took about 1 minute to find out that the store did not have what I needed.
Drove 45 minutes to turn 2 phones in for the “On Us” promotion per Verizon customer service. Manager tells me they do not take trade in phones. Just say I’m busy and not making any $ off of your transaction. Hello! I turned 2 trade ins in last year at this store! Verizon is Ridiculous
