Went into Verizon to pick up a watch today at this location. First off version allowed me to make a purchase that was an “open box” (what the associate called it ) and just to explain that to me the associate was rude about it. He didn’t even offer to help get it a different way- acted like I was bother even though all 3 associates were sitting around. I went to a Verizon on RT 300 Newburgh Ny. I ended up buying a Motorola Razor. I love the phone but the sales clerk turned out to be incompetent and unfriendly. I paid to have him set the phone up and it took an hour . When it was done he did a test call, it went through. When I got the phone home it wouldn't work. It turns out the sales clerk set it up under someone's else's account and name. I can't see how it was done on accident because I was there physically and used MY license. I had a terrible experience.

I came in right at opening with a simple issue after a hard night. They opened the door and the dude asked me what’s up, I showed them my phone and asked them to help me figure out the problem and they took no time at all figuring it out. Fixed it right up and explained to me what was wrong and how I could avoid it in the future.
