Walked in the store to get some assistance to see if the verizon employees could help me. They told me to call customer service. Getting tired of walking in this store and no one knows how to help you I mean this was about the fourth time I walked in the store and all they can say is call customer service. The only reason I gave this store a 1 star rating was that there was not a 0 star rating available..very unprofessional, said I was raising my voice. Ask for the rep to give me her name and she said refused to give it to me. Asked for the store manager and Lucas came out of the back and said he heard me raise my voice….the store was full of customers and I asked the person next to me if he heard my conversation and he said no! They were unwilling to help me with my IPhone problem and very unconcerned about my problem…left an... read more
