Store looks great, Verizon strives to keep its brand value and try to provide the best customer experience but useless staffs. The entire store empty still ZERO focus to customer, irresponsible responses and no interest to sell their services or products to customer though we show interest. We wish good luck to Verizon for their efforts to retain their brand value with such staffs.

Good store in a central location. Staffs are friendly and helpful - had a very smooth experience here at the store. Jared always did a fantastic job when he was around. You can book your appointment or do a walk-in and check-in for any of your visits. Did not have any issues during all my visits. Parking is all around the store, so that is easy but on great offer days, you may find some difficulties parking.

I was trying to turn in a Apple phone to get a up grade for me and my wife So you would not accept it After I had been with you for 15 years So instead I went with ATT phone set I was very disappointed your company I will never ever use your Service Again Thanks for your help and Concern
