Terrible. Too expensive and no decent customer service. I'm currently looking for another provider. Can't wait to be done with Verizon for good!
A few days ago, I went to a Verizon store and requested to cancel my hotspot data plan. The representative checked my phone and assured me that the plan was deactivated. However, a few days later, I was charged for the hotspot again. This was very disappointing because I expect a large company like Verizon to treat its customers with honesty and transparency. I hope this issue will be taken seriously and prevented from happening to other customers.
