I visited this Verizon store seeking help to activate a service on my account. Unfortunately, the representative was not knowledgeable about the service and simply told me that it does not work and that the service does not exist. I later confirmed that the service is officially supported and available. I was expecting better customer service from Verizon. A few days ago, I went to a Verizon store and requested to cancel my hotspot data plan. The representative checked my phone and assured me that the plan was deactivated. However, a few days later, I was charged for the hotspot again. This was very disappointing because I expect a large company like Verizon to treat its customers with honesty and transparency. I hope this issue will be taken seriously and prevented from happening to other customers.
