Divan was wonderful, very helpful. Divan was in a Verizon contractor branch in Fairfax, not in the Verizon office in Springfield Branch. The Springfield Branch was shockingly poor service.
The customer service representative didn't even look at me while I was explaining what I needed. He was doing something on his tablet. He said thst he couldn't help me with my issue & I needed to call Verizon Customer Service. I felt disregarded because he didn't make eye contact because he was "too busy" on his tablet. I've been in customer service for over 25 years so I just think it was unprofessional.
