Cannot get in touch with a real person to help
signed up for cable TV service, but they are failing with very shotty service with very weak internet signals
The worst! Walked in the buy a phone case for a brand new phone that I purchased from Verizon. No acknowledgement, just looked right at me another person waiting and walked right to the back room where I saw several employees sitting there doing nothing. Waiting 30 mins and in that time 3 other people came in to the store. At min 30 they called 2 people that arrived and checking well after me. Can confirm did not have appointment etc.
