Unfortunately, my experience today was really strange and unpleasant. I went into the Lake Worth TX location to upgrade my phone, and then it felt like it turned into a high high-pressure sales event as if I were buying a car at one of the dealerships. My bill has been $315 for three lines. My devices were paid for and I financed a new device and my bill didn’t go up, which tells me once my devices were paid for they did not lower my monthly payment accordingly. They use a communication barrier against their consumers and customers to charge more money. I ordered a iPad. They sent the wrong iPad and then forced me to keep it. Arrived at 10AM, had gotten replacement phone, needed data transfer, required immediate payment of $30.00. It took until 1:35 PM. They refused me use of the restroom due to "corporate policy" & would not let me leave devices to go across the street to use theirs. While mine were still in transfer mode showing 13 minutes left, which was actually over an hour. So I'm good enough to give you my $$$ but not good enough to use your restroom.
