Arrived at 10AM, had gotten replacement phone, needed data transfer, required immediate payment of $30.00. It took until 1:35 PM. They refused me use of the restroom due to "corporate policy" & would not let me leave devices to go across the street to use theirs. While mine were still in transfer mode showing 13 minutes left, which was actually over an hour. So I'm good enough to give you my $$$ but not good enough to use your restroom.
