The staff was great. Great service with reasonable price
Went into this store to return an old iPad because upgraded to a new one. Person on the phone told me it would be a $50 restocking fee for them to handle, called back into support and they said that wasn't true. Got a UPS label instead, terrible customer service and deceitful practices.
The customer service rep I had was excellent and efficient
