For the most professional and efficient help at Verizon, I recommend Jake at the corner of Beale and Mary Esther blvd. He is super helpful and patient with a less savvy baby boomer. I can’t remember a kinder representative, way to do it Verizon.

They lie about business prices, get you in cheap then start making up charges. Won’t let you cancel. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and will tell everyone for the rest of my life. My ordeal is over a year long now.

Almost all Verizon services are now done by an automated phone call with very few human interactions. It took four different phone calls with wait times on all four to transfer an existing phone line to its own account.

After spending $1200 on a new phone, paying it outright, I have to set it up myself? What happened to customer service, not to mention being friendly? Guy tells me that I paid Apple for the phone, not them. I'm pretty sure Verizon gets a kick back for selling that phone. Dissatisfied and disappointing experience. Not eager to go back. Maybe I need to go with my new phone somewhere else. Just not feeling this store.
