Wait forever for service most of the time. Just to ask a question. Kept raising my bill 5 dollars every other month, for one line. 109.85 for one line with 19.99 insurance 2.99 call filter. Switched carriers. 51.00 a month taxes and all.
Service is great in store corporate is really helpful
Paid 30 bucks to get everything transferred, guy helping us sent us out with the phone updating no wifi nothing transferred had to call customer service to get something's transferred it was not a good experience. Also guy working with us said he wasn't very technical aware
