The salesman Robert took his time with my daughter and me, and was professional, caring, and helpful in getting our new phones!
I have came to this location on a number of occasions and each time I have had a poor experience and it continues to get worse. I spoke with a team member named Gabi tonight and she made a unnecessary remark towards me on my way out, in front of customers, and then when I grabbed what I needed from my vehicle and returned, she proceeded to have a nasty disposition with me in front of her manager Jay, who ended up taking over my concern and was much more professional and easy to work with. I will not be turning after tonight.
I'm pretty disappointed. I've been here multiple times in the last two months. My phone wasn't working a month ago when I came in and since my phone was out of warranty, was told to add insurance during a promo period that was open enrollment, so that I could file a claim for warranty replacement. Waited the grace period to file the claim and now am being told the insurance was never even added. Now I'm completely SOL. Went in today and had huge account lockout issues from getting a new primary number. Phone CSR wasn’t helping me and so I was paired with Kimaree. She was patient and knowledgeable and helped me get my account unlocked. Would recommend getting any phone questions/services through her.
